CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be canceled within 2 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on forgottenflavour@gmail.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request after the cancellation request.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We would be happy to replace/exchange if you are not satisfied with the product you have received. In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we request you to reach out to us on forgottenflavour@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
