
Lal Maans (literally “red meat”) is a specialty of Rajasthan. The red colour is achieved by the usage of Mithania mirch, a special Red chilly of Rajasthan. Historically this was prepared as part of evening feast. Our DIY mix will allow you to prepare the cuisine in simple 3 steps.

- What you need to Prepare the dish: (1) Forgotten Flavours Laal Maas Mix. (2) Mutton - 500g / 250g (3) Fresh Curd - 100g / 50g (4) Mustard Oil - 1 Tablespoon. (5) Ghee - 2 Tablespoon
The packet contains two sachets of Gravy mixes which could be used together to prepare 500g of mutton as well.
