Directions to prepare: Just add a packet to water, Boil and let it cook for 25 minutes as the pack contains dried natural ingredients. Comes out absolutely Fresh and home!

Easy and Healthy Meal

The churkani took some time to cook but came out well. It was a bit chewy (not sure if that’s expected)

Hi Priya, Thank you for writing in! They Black Soyabean is expected to be chewy (thanks for the high protein content!). also, for the dark colour, we advise it to be prepared in an iron skillet (thats the traditonal way of cooking it). The reason for a longer time is that we are not Insant food - the cooking happens in your kitchen and comes out fresh. Hope that answers your query.
